CANCELLATION POLICY

The Braiding Bar Cancellation Policy At The Braiding Bar, we value your time and appreciate your business. To ensure smooth operations and provide the best experience for all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: Booking Deposit A $25 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Rescheduling and Cancellations We understand that unexpected situations may arise. In such cases, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible. The following guidelines apply: Cancellations Made 24 Hours or More Before Appointment: You will not lose your deposit. You have up to one month to reschedule your appointment and apply the deposit to your new booking. Cancellations Made 12 to 4 Hours Before Appointment: Your account will be billed 50% of the service charge. Cancellations Made Less Than 2 Hours Before Appointment: Your account will be billed 75% of the service charge. Emergencies and Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that emergencies can happen. If you experience an unavoidable situation, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis. No-Shows Failure to show up for your appointment without any prior notice will result in the loss of your deposit, and your account will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
